TERMS OF PURCHASE
Delivery terms Free from our warehouse in Skillingaryd. Shipping costs apply to all orders regardless of size. Alternatively, consignee shipping can be used. Your delivery is scheduled for the date you find on the order confirmation. NOTE! Please note that the stated delivery date is the date the order leaves our warehouse and not the date of delivery to the recipient. Normally it takes 1–3 working days from the date of delivery depending on the size of the goods and delivery address.
Payment terms Exact i Butik's payment terms are 30 days net from the invoice date. All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to conduct a credit check and request advance payment or other security. After the due date, default interest of 12% will be charged. The products remain the property of Exact i Butik until full payment has been received.
Invoices are primarily sent digitally. It is therefore important that we have the correct email address for handling invoices or information about e-invoices.
Price and product information We reserve the right to any price or printing errors on the website. In the event of products being clearly incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, we will contact you to inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to accept it or cancel the product free of charge.
Warranty Exact i Butik's products come with a 1-year warranty. This is a guarantee against production defects that were present at the time of delivery but become apparent within one year.
Complaints and transport damage Together with our carriers, we work to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. In exceptional cases, however, goods may be damaged during transport. Therefore, we ask you to always check the packaging.

Visible damage: For the freight insurance to be valid, visible damage must be reported immediately to the driver and noted on the transport document. If possible, attach a picture of both damaged packaging and damaged product.

Hidden damage: Damage that is not visible on the outside of the packaging must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods.
If these requirements are not met, we unfortunately cannot compensate for the damage. We always strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us if you are not satisfied with the delivery.
