We do not show a fixed shipping cost at checkout when you order online. The reason is that we always try to arrange the lowest shipping fee possible. Many of our products are stacked upon delivery, which means that the shipping price varies depending on how many products can be loaded together. If you would like to know the estimated shipping cost, please contact us!
Example of shipping calculation:
- 1st warehouse trolley: The shipping cost will be 828 SEK.
- Each additional cart costs an extra 35 SEK in shipping.
- If you order four trolleys , the total shipping cost is therefore: 828 SEK + (3 × 35 SEK) = 933 SEK

Unless otherwise stated, all products come with a 1-year warranty . The warranty covers original manufacturing defects. For full terms and conditions and details per product category, please contact us prior to or in connection with purchase.

We work together with our carriers to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. In exceptional cases, however, goods may be damaged during transport. We therefore ask you to always check the packaging and note any damage on the delivery note that you sign on delivery. For the shipping insurance to be valid, visible damage must be reported immediately and noted on the transport document. Hidden damage (when the package is packaged) must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods. If these requirements are not met, we cannot compensate for the damage.

Exact i Butik's payment terms are 30 days net from the invoice date. We reserve the right to perform credit checks and request advance payment or other security. After the due date, interest on arrears of 12% will be charged.
Invoices are primarily sent digitally, so it is important that we have the correct email address for handling invoices or information about e-invoices.
